Ground conditions decide the method
Most sites aren't exactly what the report said. Soft ground, high water tables, made ground, clay that turns to soup, unknown obstructions and unexpected contamination are all normal.

We plan for what's likely, price honestly for what's known, and tell you immediately when conditions change. Dewatering, stabilisation, lime/cement conditioning, geotextiles and stone are standard tools, not variations to argue about.
If contamination appears, it's handled by the same organisation, classified and moved correctly without stopping the programme.
